Robert A. Schorr

Robert Schorr is a 35-year integrated security solutions architect and enterprise integrator, in his ninth year with Proxess. He has developed and managed hardware and software solutions for several enterprise access control companies, including InfoGraphics\GE, LINX\Diebold, MDI and Paxton and has built both U.S. and international integration companies. Robert has experience in all major verticals, including transportation (airports, railways, subways) and utilities (pipelines, oil production, cell conglomerates, water, transmission), government (US & foreign), military, banking, K-12 and universities. Robert has experience with and takes pride in elevating sales teams to deliver solutions customers require most.
Robert is the access control SME for PASS K-12 (Partner Alliance for School Security), wrote the original access control specification and wrote the access control specification for the Texas School Safety Center. He is also a 10-year cleared member of FBI’s InfraGard.
Robert received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University, with concentrations in fiber optics and power systems and graduated as the ECAC Scholar Athlete of the Year.
