Mobile Programming Device (MPD) changes lockset and card rights. Upload lockset events.
Allows personnel to make remote changes to locksets and card rights by visiting the door
Proxess credentials are the most secure cards/credentials in the industry. The encrypted Mifare DESFire EV2 smart card has a database of the doors it can access & uses a challenge-response communication with each lockset. Proxess credentials upload transactions from each offline lockset they visit.
Using the enrollment reader, new or updated credentials download changes made in the software, onto each offline lockset they visit.
Proxess Sync™ is a simplified mobile programming App. The App connects to the software anywhere in the country using either the customer’s WiFi or their cell service. Any authorized user can walk to the locks and click “Synch” and the App will make the changes.
The Proxess Sync ™ App downloads transactions off each lockset they visit. The Proxess Sync ™ App uploads changes made in the software, onto each offline lockset they visit.
Daily (or programmable time) reauthorization checkpoint. Refresh card rights.
Update lockset rights. Upload lockset events.
What if you do not want to travel to the door to make changes?
BoxIQ™ door controllers connect to the customer’s network with a PoE or PoE+ cable, or WiFi.
These online doors download transactions off the cards from the locksets they visited. These doors upload changes made in the software, on to the card, for the offline locksets they will visit.
Cards can be set to auto-expire each night (or at any programmable interval). Entering an online door re-validates the card for all the offline locksets visited that day.
Open a lockset door. Initiate a lockdown. Upload lockset events.
What if you need to make changes to the system immediately or on-demand, such as a facility “lockdown” or “open door” commands?
BoxIQ™ is also a Bluetooth Gateway & connects to the customer’s network with a PoE or PoE+ cable, or using their WiFi network.
Add Gateways anywhere on the property where on-demand performance is desired for specific locksets. Gateways communicate to the locksets via BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy).
Each lockset is registered to a gateway.
Real-time, online communication to all doors
What if you need information in real-time ALL the time at certain doors, such as high-security exterior doors?
BoxIQ™ door controllers connect to the customer’s network with a PoE or PoE+ cable, or WiFi. These doors are always online.
The card readers are connected via 2-wire RS-485, using bi-directional communication, for greater security.
